AN IMPORTANT QUESTION

Original Buddhism:
Is It a Religion?

No.

At its origin, Original Buddhism is, first and foremost, a teaching.

It is a teaching that helps us better understand human suffering, how the mind works, and the inner path that allows us to find greater clarity, wisdom, and peace.

This is precisely why I use the term โ€œOriginal Buddhismโ€: to return to the foundations of this teaching and to its original intention.

Each person can approach it according to their own sensitivity, without having to adopt any particular belief.

A LIVING TEACHING

A Teaching Adapted
to Life Today

Original Buddhism is not reserved for monks, specialists, or those already engaged in a spiritual practice.

It is intended for anyone who wishes to better understand what is happening within themselves.

During these sessions, the teachings are explained in simple terms, using examples connected to everyday life: the mind, emotions, relationships, inner fatigue, attachments, and the search for peace.

Live with greater presence, discernment, and serenity.

The goal is not to withdraw from the world, but to learn to better understand ourselves in the midst of modern life.

You do not need to understand everything before you begin. These three sessions can simply be the first step toward a new perspective.
